Currently if you pay $500 more than what XiaoMI's 75incher priced, you get lots of extra gifts.

But... if you can looooooooooooooon until 6-6, you might probably pay less?

Fabulous prices.

Do note that that these two panels don't get anywhere near the requirements for HDR, especially the Prism..

The XiaoMi isn't HDMI 2.1 either..

But for sheer size, the price is amazing..

yup. currently no way to get warranty extension.

anyway, u buy XiaoMi TV is almost as close to TCL TV Liaoz la. buy from Courts can also buy warranty extension.

My bro bought OLED 55" his 55SM8000PTA giving away to me.

I check w dalesman. He told SM is older than UN models but specs better than UN. Dunno how true. I will make an comparison.

As for xiaomi I give it a miss I rather get prism + at least got 3yrs warranty

if Prism+ chosen the most budget board for their TV, i dont think that the DolbyVision standard will be that high when compared to mainstream makes. certainly, entry budget makes from mainstream marques are not that Marvelous either...

Just bought LG UP8000 86” for $3299.
Replaced the really old Panasonic 55” plasma.
PQ wise, still prefer Plasma. But the immersiveness of a 86” make it a worthwhile change.

A very good price for a mainstream brand mega inch TV! Considering that without discount, the PRISM+ is priced @ $3k... ...where we have no clear idea what kind or origin of panel is used.

By origin, SAMSUNG and LG are the biggest panel makers that have plants in different parts of Asia producing different panels of sizes and specs. From TAIWAN, there're Innolux, AUO, from China besides the BoE we mostly knew, TCL also makes their own panels thru CSOT. So... it won't be any surprise that PRISM+ may not be using Korean panels or Taiwanese, but relatively budget makes from China. So... @$300 difference... I say, that 86UP8000 is one good bargain!

Best Denki also has 82” Samsung (last year model) for 2999 with $200 voucher, the price seems similar from different stores

I just chose the bigger one, size does matter.
