simic
I believe that calfie is a private individual. He has replied to my PM. He is currently busy, not available to perform repairs. Forum members with other repair lobang, do suggest to us. It a waste to junk the plate amp when it can be repaired.

There's another shop at SLT that does sub repairs that some members go to. But I don't have the shop name.

Juniorsg
Encountered similar situation. Also a SVS subwoofer - PB12. Subwoofer plate amplifier dead due to power supply module burnt. Not willing pay for a new plate amplifier that cost $400. So I DIY a plate amplifier that fit.

justDaniel
Go to KEC and ask them if they have SVS amp. plate for your model. SVS uses BASH & SLEDGE amp. plates. SLEDGE is more expensive. Try to remove the amp. plate and bring it to KEC. They can recommend which amp. plate to buy. My old 20-39 PC plus went dead and I went to KEC to get a new BASH amp. plate ($400). You can pay a bit more to get his men to come over and install for you - extra $50. A word of caution, some of their amp. plate do not work. So it would be better to get their men down for installation.

Behind the plate amplifier is a Class D amp and does it job perfectly. The filter used was versatile enough to enable band pass the required frequency.
