Over in Australia the X12000H has started selling. Alf you should really check out the LK990.

Thanks for the info in the x12000 H model and LK990 already send the info to Singapore Benq Team . they will get back to me .

 

The body of 3 models ( x12000 , x12000 H & LK990) are identical with 14 segment Glass lens in all of them .

Actually i am also keen to know not just the performance but the physical throw distance end to end for ease installation . 

 

Please keep add on the names for those who wants to see and have a social gathering ( so i can arrange enough refreshment and some snacks ) Thanks

Not quite...

 

The chassis is the same BUT

 

This is the lens array on the LK990

Thanks DH . LK990 is Laser unlike the x12000 H which is LED Lamp .

 

So may be the throw distance might be different between the two .

 

Hopefully can get more info from Benq Singapore soon .

Yes, it’s important to get the technical specs right for which model since BenQ is lesser known these days to the projector users. I recalled back then, Jag was the first to own a BenQ DLP 8700 projector which cost him a lot.

Cool have 12 people keen for the show case of the Benq x12000 4k /UHD projector .  I am targeting the dates on the 23rd February 2019 Saturday evening .
