I am attempting to update the firmware of my X570. I keep getting the message 'cannot open COM port' when I run the upgrader programme. I also tried changing to COM 1 but I still get the same message. Does anyone have any idea if it's a setting issue or adapter cable issue? I suspect issue lies with the adapter. I'm not using the JVC recommended Tripplite Keyspan adapter as I can't find it locally. Will be great if anyone with experience can advise. Much appreciated. PS: Chanced upon the recommended Keyspan adapter for sale. Firmware was updated successfully!
